YesWeHack Raises €26M for AI and Growth

YesWeHack has announced a €26 million Series C funding round to further its advancements in cybersecurity. The round is led by Wendel, with new investors Adelie and Seventure Partners, and reinvestment from Bpifrance, Open CNP, and Eiffel Investment Group. This funding will be utilized to invest in Artificial Intelligence, develop new innovative solutions, and expand YesWeHack’s international presence.

The company’s Bug Bounty platform leverages a community of tens of thousands of ethical hackers to test and improve the security of its clients. YesWeHack serves over 500 customers in 40 countries, including major global organizations like Louis Vuitton, Decathlon, and Tencent, as well as telecom companies and public institutions. Its services are trusted by 70% of “CAC 40” companies and several unicorn startups.

Since its last funding round in 2021, YesWeHack has significantly grown, increasing its annual recurring revenue sixfold and tripling the number of ethical hackers on its platform. The company has also developed integrated pentest and attack surface management solutions, providing a unified approach to managing online risks and vulnerabilities for its customers.

Guillaume Vassault-Houlière, CEO of YesWeHack, expressed gratitude to the investors, highlighting the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Antoine Izsak from Wendel and Renaud Deraison, Co-Founder of Tenable, both praised YesWeHack’s quality of service and technological advancements, emphasizing the importance of its mission in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
