TAC Security has announced its intention to acquire Cyber Sandia, a leading American cybersecurity firm that holds a vital State-Wide Agreement with New Mexico for IT Professional Services. This strategic acquisition is poised to significantly enhance TAC Security’s presence in the U.S. public sector, enabling the company to expand its cybersecurity services across the country, which represents the largest market for such solutions globally.

The U.S. market accounts for approximately 70% of TAC Security’s total revenues, highlighting the importance of this acquisition in the company’s growth strategy. With a solid foundation supported by experienced cybersecurity professionals, the acquisition of Cyber Sandia represents a pivotal moment in TAC’s expansion efforts, allowing them to strengthen their footprint in a highly competitive industry.

Trishneet Arora, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of TAC Security, expressed excitement about integrating Cyber Sandia into their organization. He emphasized that this acquisition aligns with their commitment to enhancing New Mexico’s cybersecurity posture and will enable TAC to leverage its expertise to provide comprehensive security solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the public sector.

By acquiring Cyber Sandia, TAC Security aims to directly engage with government clients and improve its service offerings. This move reflects a strategic decision to address the growing demand for cybersecurity solutions within government entities, ensuring the seamless delivery of cutting-edge services to meet the public sector’s increasing cybersecurity requirements.
