Fulcrum IT Partners has announced its intent to acquire Fortress SRM, a leading cybersecurity provider recognized by CRN as a “Top 100 Security Provider.” This acquisition aims to enhance Fulcrum’s cybersecurity offerings, integrating Fortress’s 24/7 U.S. Security Operations Centers and IT Managed Service Desk into its existing services. The deal will allow Fulcrum to provide more comprehensive real-time monitoring and management for clients’ cybersecurity needs.
Following the acquisition, Fulcrum plans to integrate its hybrid AI capabilities with Fortress’s cyber services to deliver improved data-driven cybersecurity solutions.
