The deal will allow Fulcrum to provide more comprehensive real-time monitoring and management for clients’ cybersecurity needs.
Following the acquisition, Fulcrum plans to integrate its hybrid AI capabilities with Fortress’s cyber services to deliver improved data-driven cybersecurity solutions.
