This marks Zellic’s first acquisition and is aimed at enhancing the company’s ability to offer comprehensive security reviews to its clients. The merger will combine Zellic’s robust auditing practices with Code4rena’s creative and competitive auditing approach, promising an enriched security service for clients.

Zellic’s CEO, Luna Tong, emphasized the company’s mission to provide the best audits possible, introducing a new offering called Audits+. This service aims to merge Zellic’s in-depth expertise with the broad coverage provided by Code4rena’s competitive auditing processes.
