White Rook Cyber has announced its strategic merger with Screwloose IT (SL), a national managed IT services provider. The merger combines White Rook Cyber’s expertise in cybersecurity, penetration testing, GRC advisory, and managed security services with SL’s focus on cyber platforms and IT services. This move will help both companies expand nationally and enhance their capabilities to offer a comprehensive suite of services to clients.

As a result of the merger, clients will now have access to a complete in-house managed cyber solution. This includes high-level reporting, 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC), email protection, phishing protection, advanced endpoint detection and response (EDR), systems patching controls, and a structured Security Awareness Program. Additionally, clients will benefit from cost-effective governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) services at a fraction of the cost of competitors.

The merger also enables White Rook Cyber’s clients to easily access SL’s broader service offerings, including managed IT, digital marketing, ERP support, and physical security solutions. SL’s portfolio includes services such as website development, SEO, PPC, and physical security measures like access control, CCTV, and alarm systems. This broadens the scope of solutions available to clients, making the merger a valuable step forward for both companies.

Alex Niazov, General Manager of SL, expressed excitement about the merger, noting that the expanded service capabilities will significantly benefit both companies’ clients. The combination of White Rook Cyber’s security services with SL’s IT and digital expertise positions the new entity to provide a full range of high-quality, integrated solutions to businesses nationwide.
