The investigation, completed between May 8 and May 16, 2024, confirmed that some personal information was exposed, though there is no evidence suggesting targeted misuse. In response to the incident, VOIP Supply has implemented additional security protocols to enhance the protection of their public website and continues to assess further measures to prevent future breaches.
As a precaution, VOIP Supply is offering affected individuals a complimentary two-year membership to Equifax Credit Watch™ Gold. This service includes daily access to credit reports, credit monitoring with email notifications of key changes, and identity restoration support if needed. The membership is free and will not impact the individual’s credit score.
