The 20 MSP acquires Sublime Services

The 20 MSP has announced its acquisition of Sublime Computer Services, a well-regarded managed IT services firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. This acquisition continues The 20’s aggressive growth strategy, marking its thirty-fourth acquisition in under two years. The company aims to enhance its national presence, improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation by integrating new talent and expertise.

Sublime had previously joined The 20 MSP Group in 2018, seeking support to overcome growth challenges. Under The 20’s guidance, Sublime leveraged resources and industry expertise to significantly increase its revenue. Tim Conkle, founder and CEO of The 20, noted the alignment of Sublime’s goals with The 20’s proven model, which helped unlock their potential for greater success.

Conkle expressed excitement about expanding into the Nashville market and emphasized the importance of cultural and operational compatibility in acquisitions. The 20 remains focused on acquiring member MSPs but is also considering non-member organizations that fit strategically. This approach ensures that new acquisitions align with the company’s standards for excellence in service delivery.

As with previous acquisitions, The 20 expects minimal attrition and plans to place Sublime employees in new roles within the organization. Conkle highlighted the value of retaining experienced industry professionals, believing their continued engagement is crucial for a smooth transition. The 20 MSP is poised for further growth, with more deals anticipated in the coming months to solidify its leadership in the IT services industry.
