Founded in 1990, Open Systems has built a strong reputation for its innovative cybersecurity and network transformation services. The company has expanded its portfolio significantly, particularly after acquiring Swiss data science and AI firm Sqooba in 2020. With more than 260 employees, Open Systems has shifted its focus from managed security services to cloud-based solutions that address the evolving needs of businesses. The acquisition is currently pending approval from the German Competition Authority and is expected to be finalized this fall, ensuring continuity for all current staff under the leadership of CEO Daniel Neuhaus.
