SIXGEN Acquires Boldend for Cyber Expansion

SIXGEN, a comprehensive provider of cyber products and solutions for national security, has announced its acquisition of Boldend, Inc. This acquisition marks SIXGEN’s second since receiving investment from Washington Harbour Partners in November 2023. Boldend specializes in advanced cyber and electronic warfare solutions, enhancing the U.S. Government’s operations amid evolving threats. The integration of Boldend’s software and cyber automation tools will accelerate SIXGEN’s strategic vision to empower the digital warfighter.

Jack Wilmer, CEO of SIXGEN, expressed enthusiasm for welcoming Boldend’s team, emphasizing the exceptional mission experience and innovative solutions they bring. Boldend’s focus on cyber automation allows for the scaling of cyber capabilities, ensuring responsive delivery and addressing operational resource gaps for U.S. Government clients. Their products, designed specifically for sensitive defense and national security missions, will enhance SIXGEN’s offerings in the cyber domain.

Boldend’s CEO, Mike Barry, highlighted the strategic importance of joining forces with SIXGEN to enhance mission impact and technological advancement.
