New Charter and BNMC Join Forces

New Charter Technologies, a portfolio company of Oval Partners, has recently announced a partnership with BNMC, a well-established managed services provider (MSP) and IT consulting company based in Woburn, Massachusetts. BNMC, founded in 1988, offers a wide range of IT services including technical support, centralized monitoring, vCIO strategic services, and advanced IT infrastructure solutions such as virtualization, cloud services, network architecture, cybersecurity, and data protection. This partnership aims to leverage both companies’ strengths to provide enhanced services to clients and drive growth in the managed services industry.

Roger Michelson, President and CEO of BNMC, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing that collaboration and leveraging collective expertise are crucial for the future of the managed services industry. He highlighted that the partnership with New Charter will allow BNMC to continue its growth trajectory and enhance its ability to provide exceptional services, particularly in cybersecurity and risk management. With New Charter’s resources and support, BNMC is confident in staying ahead of industry trends and delivering top value to clients and employees.

Azeddine Jakib, COO/CTO of BNMC, stressed the importance of maintaining BNMC’s culture and values throughout the partnership.
