Magna5, a provider of managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, has acquired FullScope IT, a managed IT services provider with a strong presence in the eastern and southwestern United States. This acquisition will enable Magna5 to expand its reach across the country, particularly strengthening its footprint in the northeast corridor from New York to Virginia and the southwestern U.S. with FullScope’s Arizona operations.

The acquisition will enhance Magna5’s ability to offer more comprehensive support and protection to its clients, integrating FullScope’s capabilities into its existing portfolio. Magna5 will now be able to deliver greater value to both current and future clients, offering a broader range of services backed by the robust infrastructure of a larger IT services provider.

FullScope’s expertise in regulatory compliance, including its work towards Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) L2 compliance, will integrate seamlessly into Magna5’s security offerings. This strengthens Magna5’s position as a provider of critical IT and cybersecurity services for businesses in uptime-dependent industries, including those in the Defense Industrial Base.

Magna5’s CEO, Bob Farina, emphasized that the acquisition is a significant milestone in the company’s growth strategy. The expanded national presence, combined with FullScope’s industry reputation, will enable Magna5 to provide even more protection and support to clients across the country. FullScope’s CEO, Bob Priest, also expressed enthusiasm for the acquisition, noting that it will offer enhanced services to their clients as part of a larger, more resource-rich organization.
