Kiteworks, a leader in data privacy and compliance for sensitive content communications, has acquired 123FormBuilder, a provider of secure web forms and form-driven workflows. This acquisition enhances Kiteworks’ Private Content Network (PCN), expanding its ability to protect sensitive content across the communications ecosystem. 123FormBuilder’s expertise in secure data collection through no-code forms aligns with Kiteworks’ vision of simplifying compliance and enhancing security for organizations.

The integration of 123FormBuilder’s platform into Kiteworks’ PCN will provide users with advanced tools for dynamic form creation and seamless integrations with services like Salesforce, Shopify, and HubSpot. This will enable customers to manage form-driven workflows securely and ensure compliance through a unified platform that tracks, controls, and audits sensitive content communications. The addition of 123FormBuilder further strengthens Kiteworks’ growth strategy and solidifies its position in the market.

123FormBuilder is known for its user-friendly, no-code form-building platform that includes features such as e-signatures, conditional logic, multipage forms, and integrations with over 45 popular tools. Its ability to enable secure data collection for a variety of applications such as surveys, order forms, and registration forms will complement Kiteworks’ offerings and enhance its security capabilities. This acquisition ensures that Kiteworks customers can access streamlined workflows while maintaining high compliance standards.

This acquisition follows Kiteworks’ recent $456 million growth equity investment, highlighting the company’s ongoing momentum and commitment to expanding its technological capabilities.
