ISSQUARED® Expands with CCT Acquisition

ISSQUARED® Inc. has recently completed the acquisition of CCT Technologies Inc. (ComputerLand Silicon Valley), a move aimed at bolstering its IT and cybersecurity solutions portfolio. CCT Technologies, established in 1991 and headquartered in San Jose, California, has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality IT solutions to government, education, and commercial clients across Northern California. This strategic acquisition aligns CCT’s expertise in software sales and technology solutions with ISSQUARED®’s core offerings in cybersecurity, cloud/edge infrastructure, and managed services.

Bala Ramaiah, CEO of ISSQUARED®, highlighted the synergy between CCT’s established market presence and ISSQUARED®’s commitment to enhancing customer value through advanced IT solutions. By integrating CCT’s capabilities, ISSQUARED® aims to expand its footprint in Northern California and deepen its engagement with state, local, educational, and commercial sectors. The acquisition underscores ISSQUARED®’s strategy to capitalize on emerging trends in AI, cybersecurity, and edge computing, positioning the company for accelerated growth and innovation in the IT services industry.

Connie Tang, CEO of CCT Technologies, expressed enthusiasm about joining forces with ISSQUARED®, emphasizing shared values in delivering customized IT services and support.
