Integrity360, a cybersecurity company based in London, has acquired Grove Group, a cybersecurity and cloud services provider located in Cape Town, South Africa. Although the financial details of the deal remain undisclosed, this acquisition significantly enhances Integrity360’s global presence by adding approximately 600 customers across 51 countries. Additionally, the merger establishes a new Security Operations Centre (SOC) location, bringing Integrity360’s total to five, and includes a partnership with Darktrace, a vendor specializing in Network Detection and Response (NDR).
The acquisition expands Grove Group’s customers’ access to Integrity360’s extensive portfolio of cyber services, which includes cyber risk and assurance, cybersecurity testing, incident response, infrastructure support, endpoint management, PCI compliance, and a wide range of managed services. This integration aims to enhance the cybersecurity landscape for Grove’s clients by providing innovative solutions like XDR and MDR, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats.
Grove Group, founded by Pip Witheridge and led by CEO James Vintin, has established itself with over 600 clients across various regions, including the UK, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and Mauritius. The company has developed strategic partnerships with several notable cybersecurity vendors, including Darktrace, Proofpoint, ESET, and Mimecast, thereby bolstering its service offerings and market position.
With this acquisition, Integrity360’s annual revenues are projected to reach approximately €130 million, up from about €85 million in 2022. The combined resources now include over 500 employees, further strengthening the company’s capability to provide comprehensive cybersecurity services. Integrity360, under the leadership of Executive Chairman Ian Brown, operates from ten regional locations across the UK and Europe, serving a diverse array of sectors such as financial services, government, healthcare, retail, and telecommunications.
