Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) released Security Bulletins on June 16, 2023, notifying users of vulnerabilities present in several of their products. The affected products include HPE Insight Remote Support version 7.12, HPE Integrity MC990 X Server RMC with firmware version 1.2.7 and earlier, and SGI UV 300 RMC with firmware version 1.2.7 and earlier.

These vulnerabilities may pose security risks, prompting HPE to address them through the publication of the bulletins.

In response to the identified vulnerabilities, the Cyber Centre has advised both users and administrators to carefully examine the provided web link in the bulletins. By doing so, they can access detailed information regarding the vulnerabilities and recommended actions. It is crucial for individuals using the aforementioned HPE products to take prompt action and apply the necessary updates to ensure their systems’ security.

Keeping software and firmware up to date is a fundamental aspect of maintaining a secure digital environment. By addressing these vulnerabilities promptly, HPE aims to mitigate potential risks and protect their customers from potential cyber threats.

Users and administrators are strongly encouraged to follow the instructions provided by HPE to apply the relevant updates, thereby ensuring the ongoing security of their systems.
