This prompted the organization to launch an investigation to determine the nature and extent of the incident and to understand the implications for the affected individuals.
Through its investigation, FDHS learned that sensitive personal information might have been viewed and taken by an unauthorized third party. The organization conducted a comprehensive review to assess which specific types of data were impacted and to identify the individuals whose information was compromised.
