With this acquisition, Evergreen strengthens its presence in the U.K. market while also gaining access to Digital Origin’s diverse portfolio of IT services. Founded in 2018, Digital Origin has established itself as a leader in connectivity-as-a-service (CaaS), providing wholesale IT, MSP, and cybersecurity solutions across various sectors, including IT connectivity, telephony, and mobile solutions.
Sydney Hockett, VP of M&A at Evergreen, expressed excitement about the acquisition, highlighting Digital Origin’s impressive service offerings and technical expertise. The acquisition was facilitated by Knight Corporate Finance, and while the terms of the deal were not disclosed, approximately 40 employees transitioned to Evergreen as part of the acquisition.
