CSE Crosscom Acquires RFC Wireless

CSE Crosscom USA Inc., a division of CSE Global, has acquired RFC Wireless Inc., a respected provider of advanced communication solutions. This acquisition is part of CSE Crosscom’s strategy to broaden its global presence and enhance its sales and service capabilities across various industries. Headquartered in Fremont, California, with another location in Rocklin, RFC Wireless is recognized for its expertise in communication technologies, aligning well with CSE Crosscom’s mission to deliver innovative solutions.

Michael O’Connor, CEO of CSE Crosscom USA Inc., expressed his excitement about the acquisition, viewing it as a milestone in the company’s expansion within the United States. He emphasized that RFC Wireless’s strong reputation and technical capabilities will significantly enhance CSE Crosscom’s offerings. O’Connor looks forward to integrating RFC Wireless’s strengths into the company’s global strategy, which aims to provide integrated communication solutions.

Roger Dickinson, President of RFC Wireless, highlighted the advantages of joining forces with CSE Crosscom. He believes that the partnership will enable RFC Wireless to better serve its customers through CSE’s global presence and extensive technical expertise. This collaboration aims to deliver more comprehensive wireless communication and security solutions, enhancing the customer experience and supporting critical operations across industries.

This acquisition marks the second for CSE Crosscom USA Inc. in North America, following its purchase of Radio One in the previous year. Both companies are recognized as Motorola Solutions, Platinum Channel Partners, emphasizing their commitment to customer service and professionalism. With this addition, CSE Crosscom USA Inc. continues to strengthen its leadership in innovative communication and security solutions, benefiting both international and U.S.-based customers.
