Cybersecurity firm Conscia has officially entered the Irish market by acquiring PlanNet21 Group, a prominent technology solutions provider based in Dublin. PlanNet21 Group has built a solid reputation over the past two decades, serving both public and private sector clients. The company caters to around 300 customers across various industries, including technology, media, telecommunications, and government. The synergy between Conscia and PlanNet21 is expected to create a compelling customer proposition, combining their extensive expertise in cybersecurity and networking services. Group CEO Erik Bertman expressed enthusiasm for the cultural and commercial fit between the two companies, emphasizing the potential for enhanced customer offerings.
