ArcherHall has recently expanded its cybersecurity and digital forensics capabilities by acquiring Vestige Ltd., a Cleveland-based firm known for its expertise in these areas. This acquisition is part of ArcherHall’s strategic growth plan to enhance its service offerings and market reach. Integrating Vestige’s resources and expertise aims to provide comprehensive solutions for complex digital evidence and cybersecurity challenges.
Founded in 2004 by Damon Hacker and Greg Kelley, Vestige has built a strong reputation for helping organizations manage and protect their critical digital assets. Following the acquisition, Vestige will operate under the ArcherHall brand from its offices in several U.S. cities, including Cleveland, Columbus, Denver, Pittsburgh, and New York. Damon Hacker will take on the role of President at ArcherHall, and Greg Kelley will serve as Senior Director of Digital Forensics & E-Discovery.
The acquisition strengthens ArcherHall’s capabilities in digital forensics and cybersecurity, aligning with its strategy to deliver enhanced services to law firms, corporations, and government agencies. Nicolas Anderson, CEO of ArcherHall, highlighted the significance of the acquisition, noting that Vestige’s proven track record and specialized expertise will significantly benefit their clients.
This strategic move adds to ArcherHall’s series of acquisitions, which have already established it as a leading provider of digital forensics and e-discovery services. The addition of Vestige enables ArcherHall to offer a more robust suite of cybersecurity solutions and positions the company to address evolving client needs effectively. This growth aligns with the broader trend of increasing significance in the eDiscovery market, driven by the growing volume of data and the need for efficient data management.
