Allurity has announced the strategic acquisition of Lyvoc, a leading cybersecurity integration partner based in France. This acquisition strengthens Allurity’s market position and expands its comprehensive cybersecurity offerings. Lyvoc is renowned for its expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, and Security Compliance Automation, which will enhance Allurity’s capabilities in these areas.

Lyvoc, with a team of over 50 cybersecurity professionals, has established strong partnerships with key players like Okta, Drata, and Wiz. The company serves more than 150 customers and brings extensive technical expertise, as well as project and change management skills. This expertise will support seamless integration and deliver superior services to Allurity’s clients.

Frida Westerberg, CEO of Allurity, emphasized that this acquisition aligns with the company’s vision to become a leading provider of tech-enabled cybersecurity services in Europe. The integration of Lyvoc bolsters Allurity’s mission to create a safer digital world while expanding its global presence, particularly in the French market. Lyvoc’s talented team and industry expertise will further drive Allurity’s growth.

With the addition of Lyvoc, Allurity’s group now includes nine premier cybersecurity brands across Europe, such as Spanish Aiuken, Swedish Arctic Group, and British SecAlliance. This acquisition accelerates Allurity’s strategy to become a dominant cybersecurity powerhouse in Europe, helping the group to serve customers globally and generate around EUR 120 million in revenue.
