TAC InfoSec Limited has successfully acquired TAC Cyber Security Consultancy L.L.C., a UAE-based cybersecurity firm. The acquisition, which was first announced in July 2024, was completed after receiving the necessary trade license from the Department of Economic Development, UAE, on September 29, 2024. As a result, TAC Cyber Security Consultancy L.L.C. is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of TAC InfoSec Limited.

This acquisition aligns with TAC InfoSec’s strategy to expand its global footprint and enhance its cybersecurity consultancy services. It will allow the company to offer comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to a broader range of clients, particularly in the Middle East, a region seeing increasing demand for cybersecurity expertise. By acquiring TAC Cyber Security Consultancy, TAC InfoSec is better positioned to provide direct engagement with clients across borders.

The acquisition also positions TAC InfoSec Limited to serve the growing cybersecurity needs of businesses internationally. With this move, the company can now provide high-quality consultancy services in the UAE, further bolstering its reputation as a global player in the cybersecurity space. The transaction involved a cash consideration of approximately INR 6,83,788 (30,000 AED), with TAC InfoSec acquiring 100% of the shares in the UAE-based firm.

Although TAC Cyber Security Consultancy L.L.C. is newly incorporated and has yet to start operations, it is licensed to offer a wide range of cybersecurity services. These include network consultancy, IT consultancy, and computer systems consultancy. The acquisition marks a significant step for TAC InfoSec as it looks to expand its presence in the Middle East and strengthen its position as a leading cybersecurity solutions provider.
