TRG, a global managed services provider, has merged its capabilities with Inversion6, a cybersecurity solutions provider. This merger brings cybersecurity services under the TRG umbrella, complementing its existing endpoint management offerings. Sean Kennedy, CEO of TRG, emphasized the growing demand for cybersecurity and the decision to formally integrate Inversion6 as a dedicated division to fill this gap in the market.

Inversion6 will continue to operate under its own name and brand identity while expanding its focus to TRG’s mobility clients. It brings to the table a range of cybersecurity services, including a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and a team of experienced Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs). The merger allows TRG’s customers to access cybersecurity expertise directly, with Inversion6’s proven industry technology and personnel supporting endpoint security.

The merger is expected to lead to around 20% organic growth for TRG within its existing customer base, with immediate plans for global expansion and strategic hires to broaden its cybersecurity offering. TRG aims to provide end-to-end solutions, including cybersecurity, endpoint management, networking services, logistics, and more. This comprehensive approach positions TRG to be a leader in the enterprise technology space, particularly in cybersecurity.

TRG’s mission to lead the future of enterprise technology is strengthened by this formal addition of cybersecurity services. By integrating Inversion6, TRG can offer a unique, all-encompassing managed services solution that sets it apart in the global marketplace. The merger is a strategic move to enhance TRG’s capabilities and provide clients with more robust cybersecurity protections.
