The services provided by IDX include 18 months of credit and CyberScan monitoring, a $1 million insurance reimbursement policy, and fully managed identity theft recovery services to assist individuals in the event of identity compromise.
Individuals affected by this breach are encouraged to take full advantage of the identity theft protection services being offered. Enrollment can be done by calling IDX at 800-939-4170 or visiting the designated website, with the deadline for enrollment set for November 15, 2024. While there is currently no evidence that the disclosed information has been misused, Tufts Health Plan stresses the importance of taking precautionary measures to protect personal information.
