ITCM Buys Value Logic to Boost IT Services

ITCM, a leading technology solution provider based in San Diego, has announced the acquisition of Value Logic, Inc., an IT managed service provider (MSP). This acquisition marks ITCM’s fourth MSP purchase, further strengthening its diverse service offerings in network, cloud, infrastructure management, software development, and security. The move is set to solidify ITCM’s position as a trusted outsourced partner for comprehensive IT solutions.

Value Logic, based in Carlsbad, has been optimizing IT infrastructures for 25 years with services that include voice/data support, data management, and enhanced security. The acquisition adds valuable IQMS implementation and maintenance expertise to ITCM’s portfolio, enriching its team’s experience and knowledge base. ITCM’s growth from a modest MSP to a leading industry player is supported by its strong company culture and emphasis on collaboration.

The integration of Value Logic will enable ITCM to offer a broader range of services and improve its ability to meet evolving customer needs. Jorge Ruiz de Castilla, ITCM’s CEO, highlighted that the merger will enhance service delivery through quicker turnaround times, streamlined standardization, and increased cybersecurity expertise. This will provide clients with a single point of contact and greater peace of mind.

Hossein Rabiyan, CEO of Value Logic, expressed enthusiasm for joining forces with ITCM, citing the company’s deep IT understanding and openness to new ideas as key factors. The collaboration aims to leverage the combined strengths of both teams to exceed client expectations and enhance overall service quality. The acquisition reflects ITCM’s commitment to expanding its capabilities and improving client support.
