Abissi Srl, a cybersecurity company controlled by the private equity fund Metrika Tech and supported by private investors specializing in technology companies, has successfully acquired Aspisec Srl, which focuses on cybersecurity infrastructure.
Following the acquisition, Luca Savoldi, the current CEO of Abissi, will take over the leadership of Aspisec. Gianni Cuozzo will remain a member of the board of directors, ensuring continuity in business operations and customer relations.
