Designed Receivable Solutions, Inc. (DRSI) regrets to inform you of a data security incident involving your protected health information. DRSI, a provider of revenue cycle management services to healthcare clients, including your healthcare provider, recently detected suspicious activity within its network environment on January 22, 2024. In response, DRSI promptly initiated measures to secure its network and engaged a specialized cybersecurity firm to investigate the incident’s nature and scope.
Subsequent investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed certain files and data stored within DRSI’s network, potentially compromising sensitive information, including names, addresses, and Social Security Numbers. While there is no evidence of misuse at present, DRSI is committed to transparency and is notifying affected individuals to ensure their awareness and protection.
DRSI takes data security seriously and has taken immediate steps to enhance network security, including deploying additional monitoring tools. In collaboration with Redlands Community Hospital, DRSI is offering affected individuals access to Single Bureau Credit Monitoring and proactive fraud assistance services at no charge for twelve months. These measures aim to provide ongoing protection and support to individuals affected by the incident.
