TD SYNNEX has reached an agreement to acquire Prolink Mümessillik İç ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, a prominent value-added distributor based in Turkey. Founded in 1997, Prolink specializes in networking and security solutions and has established a significant presence in the Turkish market, employing around 60 staff across its offices in Istanbul and Ankara. The company supports a robust network of over 300 reseller partners, highlighting its importance in the local IT landscape.
Judith Schreibmayer, Senior Vice President at TD SYNNEX, expressed that the acquisition represents a perfect fit between the two companies. She emphasized that this transaction will enrich their combined technology portfolio and enhance their ability to provide specialist support, ultimately driving business growth for their partners in Türkiye.
