Silent Push Raises $10 Million

Silent Push, a threat intelligence company based in Virginia, just announced that it has successfully raised $10 million in Series B funding. This significant investment round was led by StepStone Group, with additional participation from Ten Eleven and Knollwood Investment Advisory. The fresh capital will be strategically allocated to further develop the company’s platform and fuel its ambitious global expansion plans. This latest funding brings Silent Push’s total capital raised to a reported $32 million, following its emergence from stealth mode in June 2023 with a $10 million seed round and another $10 million raised in December 2024.

The core mission of Silent Push is to provide proactive threat intelligence. The company’s platform works by identifying and mapping out malicious infrastructure before it can be used to launch cyberattacks. By continuously scanning the internet and analyzing a wide array of data—including web content, DNS records, and WHOIS information—Silent Push generates what it calls “indicators of future compromise” (IOFA). This unique approach allows customers to get ahead of potential threats, rather than simply reacting to them after an attack has occurred.

The Silent Push platform offers a suite of powerful capabilities designed to help organizations secure their digital assets. These include robust features for threat hunting, brand protection, and continuously monitoring an organization’s external attack surface for vulnerabilities. While the platform can be used as a standalone solution, its real strength lies in the flexibility to integrate its rich data and intelligence into an organization’s existing security tools, creating a more comprehensive and resilient defense system.

According to Ken Bagnall, the co-founder and CEO of Silent Push, this investment is a critical step for the company. “With this investment, we are able to deliver cutting-edge, preemptive intelligence solutions to the global market as we expand into new regions that include Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific,” he stated. This expansion will enable Silent Push to bring its innovative threat intelligence solutions to a broader international audience, helping more organizations defend against sophisticated cyber threats.

Bagnall also expressed his enthusiasm for collaborating with both new and existing investors. He looks forward to leveraging these partnerships to further enhance the company’s proven capabilities, strengthen strategic alliances, and deepen engagement with local governments and enterprises around the world. The company’s focus on international growth and collaboration underscores its commitment to becoming a global leader in the field of proactive cyber threat intelligence.
