Stephan is leading the plume.com sales team for Asia Pacific. Plume, a Wi-Fi software company and operator of the largest software-defined network (SDN), has raised $300 million in a new round of minority equity investment led by Softbank Vision Fund 2.
Prior to work at Plume, Stephan Neumeier led Kaspersky’s overall APAC business to double-digit growth in 2017, just six months after he joined the company. The German Managing Director has also implemented industry standard practices to the company using knowledge gained from his past career. Among them were the RFY (reach, frequency and yield) module to boost the SMB (small and medium-sized businesses) business, a regular ‘all hands’ call to boost employee motivation, drive and understanding of the business, and an action item tracking system.
In 2019 Stephan Neumeier won the Outstanding Leaders Award from the Asia Corporate Excellence & Sustainability Awards (ACES).
