Artel, based in Herndon, Virginia, has been providing network solutions to the U.S. government for over 30 years. The company offers complex satellite and terrestrial communications, professional IT services, and cybersecurity/risk management solutions. Artel’s global presence includes terrestrial capacity across five continents and a Network Operations Center (NOC) that provides 24/7 mission-critical support.
This acquisition enhances Cydecor’s ability to deliver comprehensive, secure, and reliable solutions to a diverse range of customers. Cydecor, known for its expertise in data analytics, software development, and mission support, sees the merger as an opportunity to strengthen its position as a leader in national security technology. The combination of both companies’ services creates a more robust portfolio for addressing the growing demands of defense and security agencies.
